When processing personal data, we comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations. In this privacy and cookie statement we inform you about how we handle your data.

Categories of personal data
By using the website and the services available on it, you leave certain information with us. This could be personal data. We only store and use the personal data that you provide directly or for which it is clear when you provide us that they are provided to us for processing.

Basis for data processing
We may only lawfully process your personal data if we do so on the basis of a legal basis. We process your personal data because this is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and us, as laid down in Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition, we may process your personal data for another legitimate interest, such as informing our customers about current events or changes in our services. This basis is laid down in Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:
    •    To be able to email you if this is necessary to provide our services;
    •    Send you information in response to the contact form

In principle, we only provide your personal data to third parties if you have given permission for this. Data is provided without your consent if this is necessary to execute the agreement between you and us or if a legal obligation requires us to do so.

Retention period
We will not store your data for longer than is necessary for the purposes described in this privacy and cookie statement, unless this is necessary on the basis of a legal obligation.

We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. We have based the choice of these measures on the available technology, the implementation costs, the type of personal data that we process for you (see article 4) and the risks associated with it. We strive to ensure that these measures meet the requirements of Article 32 of the GDPR. For example, our website has an SSL certificate and we use a firewall to prevent abuse.

What do we do to keep the personal data confidential?
We are obliged to keep all personal data that we process for you secret from others. This concerns the data that we receive from you and/or that we collect ourselves to process it as we have agreed in our agreement. We agree on the following about this:

a. We guarantee that all our employees comply with this obligation of confidentiality. This concerns employees in the broadest sense of the word, including interns and freelancers.

◦ if the person to whom the personal data relates (for example a customer) has given explicit permission to share this data with others; or
